What we collect

Only what you type into your profile: name, photo, standards and years at Eklavya, batch, city and country, work category, role or company, industry, email, WhatsApp number, LinkedIn and Instagram. Nothing is pulled from other services.

Who sees it

Approved alumni, once they are logged in. Admins additionally see approval status and when you joined.

What is never public

Nothing on this site is visible without logging in. There is no public directory, no search-engine indexing of profiles, and we do not sell or share the list with anyone, including the school.

Editing and deleting

Open My profile to change anything, at any time; changes go live immediately. Delete my profile removes you from the directory and from any events you host. It cannot be undone, and we do not keep a copy.

Who to contact

hello@eklavyaalumni.org reaches the admins directly. Expect a reply within a few days.
